That’s the human condition on display, and it ain’t even learned, it’s apparently instinctual.

We all see to chase things that are difficult to obtain, eschewing things that are given usually, sometimes even when those things are necessary.

Can’t tell you how many times back in the day where I passed up the jobs, relationships, finances that someone was willing to give/share because I had tunnel vision.

…now I can say my excuse is simple “human nature”
