@narF You can do that with Bridgy Fed.
It even works with sites that don’t have RSS feeds.
Random thought: It would be cool to be able to follow any website’s RSS from Mastodon/ActivityPub. They would show up as bot, so you would know you can’t reply to them.
It would be a first step toward making all websites an entry way to the Fediverse. And we wouldn’t need to setup RSS bots.
