The thing is, for me I never consistently blogged (micro or otherwise). So I don’t really feel I’m part of that issue. But undeniably twitters greatest strength is it’s user base, something other communities can’t match. (via https://dmb.micro.blog/2023/10/15/lea-verou-on.html)

What I hope will happen is we go in reverse away from the silos of content back to interconnections; back to when you could have AIM messenger talking to MSN and Facebook Chat via XMPP and when MySpace and CollegeClub had connected comment systems (I’m dating myself for sure.)
