We gotta make sure as this space grows into new abilities and with new powers, that those who mind the shop don’t fall into the same trap as The Other Places.
Especially when it will be really easy later on to take your ball and go elsewhere via federation… But maybe this is the goal in the long run — rather than moderate sensitive subjects locally, just allow stuff like this to be “piped in” via externally followed fediverse accounts? NewsThreads
