@dwvcdI thoroughly enjoyed the antics you got into. – I grew up in Inglewood but of course SoFi was Hollywood Park horse track. Traffic has always been a mess on Prairie Bl around there. – I gained 30lbs since I’ve been back and I’m not happy about it at all.

@starrwulfe in the not podcast it took effort to not say ‘always up to no good,’ of course. but staying there was great with So-Fi being the destination. very convenient buses from the nearby train station to the stadium. if i went back to live in the US some drastic, drastic things would have to happen for me to avoid the same result you’ve experienced.

@dwvcd I 100% blame myself for being mired in my own on again/off again bouts of demotivation and light depressive state. I am back “on the wagon” fitness-wise but every day is its own push.
Also you should’ve said the ‘up to no good’ part— heads would appreciate!
Those same tracks the K Line run on now used to be my shortcut getting to school and home from where I lived near Ed Vincent (formerly Centinela) Park. I was super excited to hear Inglewood would get a Metro Rail route when I was a kid followed by being crestfallen again and again as it was passed over for the other lines in order of priority. Hopefully this coming summer I’ll get to ride it and walk around my old areas when I visit out there.
