For some reason I always equate using fonts like these + heavy katakana-ized Eigo on signage to some used-to-be aspirational business/apato that peaked in just after The Bubble.

@starrwulfe it is interesting to surmise what they intended with the font. in this case they wanted the residence to seem fancy, is my best guess
